My second top rated pick of the weekend features Packers@Cowboys Sunday afternoon. Dallas is also listed as a 4.5-point favorite, and the Boys have played exceptionally well all season long. Green Bay meanwhile has heated up during the stretch and enter this game on a seven-game winning streak, including an impressive 38-13 win over the Giants in the wild card game.
