The Golden State Warriors are likely to be without Stephen Curry for a couple of weeks after the All Star guard suffering a sprained ankle in Monday’s 125-115 win at New Orleans. This is still a team packed with talent though, and I think the Warriors will get the better of Charlotte at Spectrum Center Wednesday night.
The Hornets are coming off a 104-94 win over Orlando on Monday, but they had dropped four straight games prior to that game and they’ve been struggling with their shooting more or less all season, ranking just 26th in the league in field-goal percentage. Scoring buckets is not an issue for the Warriors and they have averaged 127 points per game during a four-game winning streak.
Charlotte is a solid 8-3 SU and ATS at home on the season, but note that the Warriors are 12-4 ATS in their last 16 road games vs. a team with a home winning % of greater than .600.
