I think the Baylor Bears are in a prime letdown spot here after battling through a stretch of tough and competitive games. Six of their last eight games have been one-score games and they allowed Oklahoma to come from behind to hand the Bears their first loss of the season last week.
The Texas Longhorns have had a disappointing year, but they’re still stacked with talent on the offensive side of the ball. They still have a small chance of reaching the league title game, and I don’t think the Longhorns are ready to give up just yet.
Texas should have no trouble to put points on the board against a Baylor defense that must be gassed after the Oklahoma game. Additionally, keep in mind that Texas has dominated this series in recent years and it had covered the spread in three straight meetings before coming up short in a 23-17 win last year.
